Please complete this form for all internal Sheridan Event bookings. This form should only be completed after space is confirmed on the Calendar by Conference Services.

Our Conference Services team will provide you with the 2025-2026 Internal Booking Fees Structure. Before completing the form, please read the full fee guideline documents.

Bar Form

Please complete this form for any events in which you would like alcohol served. Alcohol may be served at the Trafalgar, Brampton and Mississauga campuses.
