Films: Rates for Feature films, television shows, general entertainment programs and short film requests. Rates valid Apr 1 2026 to Mar 31 2027. (Includes one location).
Hours Rate
Half Day (Up to 6 hrs) $2650
Full Day (Up to 12 hrs) $3650
Extended (Over 12hrs) $250 each additional hour
Commercials: Rates for TV Commercials, internet-based content or ads, training videos, documentaries and public service announcements. Rates valid Apr 1 2026 to Mar 31 2027. (Includes one location).

Extended (Over 12hrs) $200 each additional hour
Photography: Includes commercial advertising, merchandising of products, goods and services, brochure content, sales tools, calendars, catalogues and professional purposes, including headshots. Rates valid Apr 1 2026 to Mar 31 2027. (Includes one location).

Full Day (Up to 8 hrs) $1000
Extended (Over 12hrs) $150 each additional hour
Additional Fees:
  • Detailed tech scout fee $150 and up
  • Set dressing date $500-1000
  • Catering landmark fees $500 per day
  • Cleaning fees $150 and up
  • Damage deposit (refundable) - $1000 and up
  • Conference Coordinator (weekday) $75/hour
  • Conference Coordinator (weekend) $80/hour
  • Designated Parking (Davis and Trafalgar only) - $17/space per day
  • Full Parking lot also available - pricing TBD
  • Security - $35/hr (weekday)
  • Labour for specialized spaces - Based on project
  • Classroom rentals - See Rentals page
  • Theatre or Labratory rentals - Based on project
